One of my favourite things is seeing how people interact, I love watching the little moments when people think you’re not paying attention. Moments of sweetness and tenderness that show a lot more than saying anything. Michelle & Adrian are the sweetest couple that I could gush for hours about, but instead I’ll leave you with some photos form the lovely afternoon I got to spend with them.

Li Dan and Syed {engagement session sneaky peek}

There’s something that you should know about me, and that’s that I’m a complete and utter softie. I absolutely adore a good love story and I always want to help out. So, when I got an email about a last minute engagement session yesterday before the couple flew back to Malaysia this morning, I just had to help out. It was rather impromptu and a little bit rained out, but Li Dan and Syed were so amazingly lovely and appreciative that I could help them get their photos that it was truly a beautiful session that I just had to share this little sneak peek while I edit the rest.

Thank you Li Dan and Syed and thank you to the Sydney weather for holding out on the epic storms until we were finished.

It’s funny the things that you remember about people.I remember meeting Gem and Dunc in March and just thinking they were the sweetest people I’d ever met. I love when I can see how two people so thoroughly compliment each other. It’s kind of like there’s a neon sign with a massive love heart and an arrow pointing to each of them when they’re together.

During their shoot, it became even more obvious that my thoughts from our first meeting were pretty darn spot on. The way Gem and Dunc held hands, snuck kisses when they thought I wasn’t looking and most glaringly obvious how they looked at each other. There’s no posing in the world that can substitute for that kind of love.

Kristin & Steven are just a little bit awesome. Well, that’s a lie, they are a lot of awesome and great fun to work with and very trusting. I loved every single moment of hanging out with them and shooting their engagement session.

JEN AND HAMISH {ENGAGED} Centennial Park | Engagement Session

Last Sunday I got to hang out with Jen & Hamish and take some piccies of them. They are without a doubt two of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and I can’t wait for them to get married in April.

To me, they are a perfect example of what I think relationships should be, and that is fun. They tease each other and play around, and I think that’s the most important thing to have in a relationship. I’m not so sure that Hamish appreciated Jen & I ganging up on him and teasing him, but it made for a good laugh for the two of us.

Even their very cute engagement gave me a chuckle. Neither one knows exactly quite how it happened, but they were on the phone to each other, Hamish mentioned something about wanting to get married, Jen thought he was joking, then realised he was being serious and tears and laughter ensued. I’m not sure I’ll ever know quite how it happened, or whether they will, but I’m really glad that it did.
